The second option is the most weather-sensitive because the dining layout, dance floor, entertainment, bar, lighting and decor may all need to move if the forecast changes. The Backup Ballroom Must Work for the Same Wedding, Not Just the Same Guest Count
A ballroom with enough chairs is not automatically a workable backup.

Your proposal should name the exact backup room. “Indoor option available” is too vague for a wedding contract.

At least one major Antalya hotel currently advises couples to share their wedding date at least one year in advance. The advantage exists only where the contract clearly says what is fixed and what can still change.
Put These Commercial Questions in Writing
- Which event prices become fixed when we sign, and in what currency?
- What deposit or prepayment secures the date and the event spaces?
- When are later payments due, and can they be staged?
- Are the guest-room rates fixed at the same time or handled under a separate agreement?
- Which optional or variable items can be repriced later?
- If the wedding moves indoors because of weather, does any venue or setup charge change?
The Weather Decision Time Should Be in the Plan
A useful October contract does not stop at naming the backup room. Ask when the final decision to move indoors is made and who has authority to make it.
This affects suppliers. Florists, technical teams, musicians, caterers and decor crews may need several hours to rebuild or adapt a setup. If the venue waits until guests are arriving before deciding, the backup may exist on paper but be difficult to execute well.
Ask the venue what happens to the outdoor setup if weather forces the move. Can some decor be transferred? Is a second indoor setup required? Does the hotel provide additional labour? Are there extra charges for moving furniture, sound or lighting?
