The Real Estate Sales Manager position is responsible for managing the sales activities for a real estate development in Antalya. The Sales Manager should have a high degree of knowledge about the Turkey-Antalya real estate market as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
1- They Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales
2- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clients
3- Design, plan and execute a sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue including in new regions
4- To act as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals
5- Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience
1- Experience in the real estate industry
2- Excellent communication skills
3- Legal resident permit
4- living in Muratpasa-Lara area
