The useful way to compare Antalya wedding resort quotations for 2027 is not to ask which package has the lowest headline price. Put every offer into the same line-item structure first, then compare what is actually included, what is optional, and what depends on guest accommodation or event timing.
Current official resort information shows why. Akra Antalya says its wedding package prices cover food and beverage, venue use and standard table dressing, while music, decoration and photography are not included. Calista Luxury Resort publishes packages that can include a ceremony, dinner, drinks, cake and an afterparty, while accommodation, transfers, special design and other services can sit outside the base package or depend on package conditions. Titanic Deluxe Lara takes a proposal-led approach and asks clients to state their budget, food and drink needs, audio-visual requirements and number of bedrooms before the hotel prepares the event response.
Those are not three versions of the same product. They are different commercial structures. A couple who compares only the first number on each quotation can therefore choose the apparently cheaper resort and still finish with the larger all-in bill.
Before selecting a resort, convert every quotation into the same comparison sheet: event spaces, food, drinks, event duration, ceremony, music and production, decor, photography, guest rooms, outside-guest access, transfers, planner/coordinator, taxes or service charges if quoted, payment schedule and every item marked optional or “on request”.
A Wedding Package Is a Scope of Work, Not Just a Price
The word “package” can sound standardized. In practice, it is only useful when the scope is clear.
One resort may quote a reception built around catering and venue use. Another may include the symbolic ceremony, cake, DJ and afterparty in the headline package. A third may wait for the couple to specify room nights, production and food requirements before pricing the event.
That means the first job is to identify the commercial unit behind the number. Is the price per guest, per event, a minimum package for a stated guest count, a starting example, or a bespoke total? Does it assume that the wedding group is staying at the hotel? Does it cover four hours, six hours or a separate afterparty?
Until those questions are answered, two “wedding packages” are not necessarily comparable.
Akra Antalya Shows Why a Lower-Scope Package Can Need More Add-Ons
Akra Antalya currently gives unusually clear public information about what sits inside and outside its wedding package structure. The hotel says it provides food and beverage service, venue use and standard table dressing. It also lists complimentary white table and chair dressing, hotel menu cards and a styrofoam cake.
The same official page states that music - including orchestra and sound system - decoration and photography are not included in package prices. Akra also says its wedding service is provided for up to four hours, gala dinner service is mandatory, and menu tasting is available after the contract is signed.
For quote comparison, the important point is not whether this is generous or expensive. It is that an Akra figure can represent a different scope from a package that already contains a DJ, sound, decor or photography.
If you compare Akra with another resort, create additional rows for the missing production and styling items rather than treating the package prices as equivalent.
Calista Shows the Opposite Problem: More Can Be Bundled Into the Headline Package
Calista Luxury Resort currently publishes a wedding package that includes professional planner assistance, a pre-ceremony cocktail, symbolic ceremony, dinner with drinks, wedding cake and a two-hour afterparty with the hotel DJ. Its Sapphire example also lists photo and video services and afterparty sound, light and DJ among included elements.
At the same time, Calista lists several items as additional requirements available on request, including flowers and decor, professional sound and lighting, bands and artists, VIP airport transfers and accommodation. Its Sapphire page also makes important commercial conditions explicit: published starting examples are tied to wedding groups staying at the resort for at least seven nights, accommodation is not included in the wedding package, outside-hotel guests may incur a Day Use fee, and the final price depends on date, exact guest count and menu requirements.
So a package that looks more complete at first glance can still carry major accommodation and guest-access assumptions. Those conditions belong in the comparison sheet beside the event price, not in a footnote you read after choosing the hotel.
Titanic Deluxe Lara Shows Why the Brief Comes Before the Price
Titanic Deluxe Lara currently uses a detailed online Request for Proposal for events. The form asks for the purpose of the event, guest count, budget, date, event time, alternative-date flexibility, food and drink requirements, audio-visual needs and number of bedrooms.
That structure is useful because it forces the couple to define the event before asking what it costs. It also illustrates why a public hotel page may not give enough information to build a like-for-like price comparison.
If a resort does not publish a standard wedding price, do not fill the gap with an assumed market rate. Send the same written brief that you send to the other hotels and compare the returned proposals line by line.
Build One Master Quote Sheet Before You Compare Resorts
A practical comparison sheet should separate the wedding itself from accommodation and from optional production. This avoids the common mistake of mixing a resort package with the wider destination-wedding budget.
| Cost area | What to record from each resort | Why it changes the comparison |
| Event space | Exact ceremony, dinner and afterparty spaces; exclusive-use hours; weather backup. | A cheaper quote can become less attractive if a second room or afterparty venue costs extra. |
| Food | Menu format, number of courses, cocktail food, late-night food, children/supplier meals. | Packages may include very different meal scopes. |
| Drinks | Brands/categories, service hours, cocktail period, dinner, afterparty, extra-hour basis. | “Unlimited drinks” is not meaningful without the service period and beverage scope. |
| Ceremony | Symbolic or legal ceremony, seating, sound, registrar/translation if relevant. | Some packages include a symbolic ceremony while legal arrangements are separate. |
| Music/production | DJ or band, PA, microphones, sound, lighting, stage, technician, overtime. | One resort may include a DJ while another excludes all music and sound. |
| Decor | Standard table setup, flowers, ceremony backdrop, upgraded furniture, special design. | Basic dressing and bespoke styling are not the same product. |
| Photo/video | Included coverage, hours, number of photographers, editing/deliverables. | A line saying “photography” can hide a very different scope. |
| Accommodation | Room rate, room type, number of nights, group conditions, couple suite. | A wedding package can exclude guest rooms even when a minimum stay condition applies. |
| Outside guests | Day-use fee, access process, meal/drink coverage and event-only entry rules. | Split accommodation can materially change the bill. |
| Transfers | Airport transfers, inter-hotel transfers, wedding-night departures. | Transport may be arranged by the hotel without being included in the package. |
| Planner/coordinator | What is included before arrival and on the wedding day. | Hotel coordination and full independent planning are not identical. |
| Payment terms | Deposit/prepayment, instalment dates, final payment and change/cancellation terms. | Cash-flow and contract exposure can matter as much as the headline price. |
Do Not Compare “Included” Until You Know the Quantity and Duration
An item can appear in both quotations and still represent different value.
For example, both resorts may list drinks, but one quote could cover a cocktail plus dinner while another also covers a two-hour afterparty. Both may list a DJ, but one includes only the performer while the other includes sound and lighting. Both may list a venue, but one quote might cover a four-hour event and another a longer sequence across several spaces.
For every included line item, record three things: quantity, duration and specification.
- Quantity: how many guests, rooms, tables, vehicles, photographers, floral pieces or service staff does the line cover?
- Duration: how many hours of venue use, drinks, DJ, photography, technical support or transport are included?
- Specification: what menu, beverage categories, equipment, flowers, room type or production level does the price assume?
If the resort cannot define one of those items at quotation stage, mark it as “not yet priced” rather than estimating it yourself.
Room Conditions Can Make an Event Package Look Cheaper Than It Really Is
Accommodation deserves its own subtotal because the hotel-room obligation can be commercially separate from the wedding event.
Calista currently publishes an especially clear example: its Sapphire package starting prices are stated for wedding groups staying at the resort for a minimum of seven nights, yet accommodation itself is not included in the wedding package. Guests staying at other hotels may also be subject to a Day Use fee.
Akra states that discounted room rates are available for wedding guests, with details provided by the sales team. Titanic asks event clients how many bedrooms they require as part of the proposal process.
For a 100-guest wedding, the room strategy can easily be as important as the event price. Ask each resort for a separate accommodation schedule showing room types, nightly rates or pricing basis, minimum stay if any, release/cut-off dates, who guarantees the rooms, and what happens to unsold allocation.
Do not add a wedding package and a random online room rate together. The contractual group accommodation terms are the figures that matter.
Outside-Guest Fees Need Their Own Line in a Split-Hotel Wedding
If every guest sleeps at the wedding resort, outside access may be irrelevant. If half the group stays in nearby hotels, it can become a major cost and logistics issue.
Calista explicitly says that a Day Use fee applies to guests staying in other hotels under its published Sapphire conditions. That does not establish a universal Belek or Antalya fee. It demonstrates the kind of line item that should be requested from every resort.
Ask for the price or pricing basis, what the fee includes, when the guest may enter, whether food and drinks at the wedding are already covered by the event package, and whether children or suppliers are treated differently.
The comparison should therefore have two guest-count columns if accommodation is split: resident wedding guests and non-resident wedding guests.
Separate Event Price, Accommodation Price and Destination Logistics
A useful all-in comparison has at least three subtotals.
| Subtotal | Typical items | Keep separate because... |
| 1. Wedding event | Venue, catering, drinks, ceremony, cake, music, production, decor, photo/video. | These are the direct event costs and package inclusions. |
| 2. Accommodation | Couple room, guest room block, minimum nights, upgrades, room guarantees. | Room commitments can exist even when the event package excludes accommodation. |
| 3. Destination logistics | Airport transfers, inter-hotel coaches, welcome event, farewell brunch, supplier travel. | These costs can differ sharply depending on Lara/Belek location and where guests stay. |
This structure also makes the couple's budget conversation more useful. You can decide whether the maximum all-in budget includes guest accommodation paid by the couple, only the couple's own room, or no guest rooms at all.
Payment Schedule Is Part of the Quote Comparison
Two resorts can reach a similar total while asking for money at very different times.
Akra currently states that 50% of the total balance is taken as a prepayment at contract stage, with the remainder due no later than one month before the event; it also says full prepayment is required for events. Calista says the wedding package and payment plan are sent with the detailed proposal. The public pages reviewed do not establish one Antalya-wide deposit or payment schedule.
Put payment terms directly beside the price: amount due at signing, subsequent instalments, final balance date, payment currency, accepted payment methods, and whether additional event-day orders can be paid separately.
A package is not automatically more affordable because the total is lower if the payment timing does not fit the couple's cash-flow plan.
Do Not Treat “No Hidden Fees” as a Substitute for a Detailed Scope
Calista currently markets its wedding rates as fair and clear and says the package and payment plan will be sent with all details and no hidden fees. That is a positive statement, but the couple should still read the scope line by line.
Clear pricing does not mean every optional service is included. The same Calista pages identify items that are additional requirements on request and conditions such as accommodation being excluded from a published package example.
The best protection is not a slogan. It is a quotation in which every important requirement is either priced, explicitly included, explicitly excluded, or marked as pending a later specification.
Ask Every Resort to Return the Same 2027 Brief
The fastest way to make quotations comparable is to stop sending different questions to different hotels.
Prepare one brief and send it unchanged to the shortlist. Include the same date, guest count, room requirement, ceremony format, dinner format, music plan, desired finish time, decor level and extra events. If a resort proposes a different structure, ask it to show the change clearly rather than silently adjusting the scope.
- preferred 2027 date or month and one realistic backup date;
- expected guest count and a working minimum/maximum range;
- preferred area - Lara, Belek or central Antalya;
- ceremony type and preferred event-space style;
- dinner format and any dietary/cultural requirements;
- desired bar and music finish times;
- DJ, live band and production requirements;
- decor level - standard setup or bespoke design;
- photo/video requirements;
- estimated number of guest rooms and nights;
- number of guests likely to stay outside the resort;
- airport and wedding-night transfer requirements;
- welcome dinner, brunch or other extra events;
- maximum all-in budget and what that budget is expected to cover;
- timeframe in which you could reserve if the written terms work.
Titanic's current RFP is a good reminder of this principle: the hotel asks for budget, event time, food and drink, audio-visual requirements and bedrooms because those inputs change the proposal.
Use a “Not Comparable Yet” Flag Instead of Guessing
When one quote leaves out a price, couples often insert an estimated figure so the spreadsheet appears complete. That can create false confidence.
A better system uses four statuses for every line: included, priced extra, excluded, or not comparable yet.
| Status | Meaning | Action before choosing |
| Included | The written quote states the item is included in the stated package/price. | Confirm quantity, duration and specification. |
| Priced extra | The resort has given a separate price for the item. | Add it to the all-in subtotal if your wedding needs it. |
| Excluded | The resort says the item is not provided in that price. | Obtain an outside or hotel-partner quotation if required. |
| Not comparable yet | The item is relevant but the resort has not priced or defined it. | Do not invent a figure; request clarification before deciding. |
This simple rule prevents the “cheapest quote” from winning because it is merely the least complete quote.
A Headline Price Can Change When the Guest Count, Date or Menu Changes
Published examples and proposal totals should not be treated as guarantees for a different wedding.
Calista states that its final price depends on the date, exact number of guests and menu requirements. Akra asks couples to provide an estimated guest count and date range and prepares suitable options through its banquet sales team. Titanic also asks for the event date, alternative date, headcount and budget in its RFP.
For a 2027 decision, ask every resort to state how long the quotation remains valid, which guest count it assumes, whether the price changes at package thresholds, and when the final guest guarantee is due. Then connect those answers to the signed contract rather than relying on an old email or website screenshot.
Compare the Contracted Version, Not the Marketing Page
Official resort pages are useful for shortlisting because they reveal package structure and questions worth asking. They are not substitutes for the signed 2027 agreement.
The final comparison should use the latest written proposal or contract for your exact wedding. Website examples can change, package names can change and optional items can be repriced. If the contract says something different from a public example, the couple needs the resort to clarify the discrepancy in writing before paying.
For the contract stage, cross-check the quote against the cancellation, date-change, minimum-spend, guest-count, room-block and supplier clauses. AntalyaEstate has separate guidance on planning a wedding in Antalya and on shortlisting Antalya wedding venues.
A Simple Decision Rule for 2027 Resort Quotes
Once every resort has been normalized into the same structure, the decision becomes much clearer.
Do not ask, “Which hotel has the cheapest wedding package?” Ask: Which written proposal delivers the wedding we actually want within our maximum all-in budget, with the fewest unpriced assumptions?
A higher headline package can be the lower-risk choice if it already includes the services you need. A lower headline package can still be the better value if you want to source production and decor independently. The answer depends on the couple's exact brief, not on a generic package ranking.
The strongest quotation is therefore the one you can audit: every important service has a defined scope, every major exclusion is visible, accommodation assumptions are explicit, outside-guest rules are known, and the payment/contract terms match the price you are comparing.
Planning a 2027 Antalya Wedding and Comparing Resort Quotes?
Send AntalyaEstate your preferred date or month, one backup date, expected guest count, approximate maximum all-in budget, preferred area, ceremony and dinner style, desired music finish time, estimated guest rooms and nights, number of guests likely to stay elsewhere, any welcome/farewell events, and the timeframe in which you could reserve.
If you already have two or three resort proposals, include the main package inclusions and the accommodation assumptions rather than only the headline totals. Contact AntalyaEstate with that reservation-ready brief. AntalyaEstate can help refine the questions needed for a like-for-like comparison and, where appropriate, introduce a trusted local partner. Final 2027 prices, inclusions, availability and contract terms must come from the providers' written quotations and agreements.
